Tubing and valve actuator hook-up and testing.
Mechanical completion, inspection, and certification process.

Understand and review instrumentation drawings (P&ID, Loop, Hook-up).
Select materials as required for instrumentation systems.
Support fabrication and installation activities.
Perform instrument calibration and functional testing.
Conduct tubing testing and valve actuator hook-up.
Perform mechanical completion, testing, and certification.
Learn basic concepts of Hazardous Areas (IECEx & ATEX)
Interpret and review instrumentation and electrical drawings accurately.
Assist in inspection and testing of instrument and electrical systems.
Understand inspection procedures, documentation, and certification processes.
Perform calibration and testing under supervision according to international standards.
Demonstrate readiness for entry-level inspection roles in oil & gas, manufacturing, and process industries.
Upon successful completion of this program and fulfillment of all assessment requirements, participants will be awarded:
