Eligibility for Course Enrollment

  • Fresh graduates in electrical or instrumentation engineering

  • Basic knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems is preferred

SCOPE

  • Understanding and reviewing instrumentation drawings (P&ID, Loop Diagram, Hook-up Drawing).

  • Material selection and specification for instrument systems.

  • Fabrication and installation support for instrument systems.

  • Instrument hook-up, calibration, and functional testing.

  • Tubing and valve actuator hook-up and testing.

  • Mechanical completion, inspection, and certification process.

  • Introduction to Hazardous Area concepts (IECEx and ATEX compliance).
